Pet Policy

  1. General Policy

– Eminence on Bank maintains a strict no-pet policy across all accommodation types, public areas, dining facilities, and event spaces.

– Guests are not permitted to bring pets, including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, or other animals, onto the premises under any circumstances.

  1. Service Animals

– In accordance with applicable laws, certified service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted on the property.

– Guests with service animals must notify management prior to arrival and provide supporting documentation of certification, vaccination, and control requirements.

– Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left unattended in rooms or public areas.

  1. Enforcement

– Any guest found in breach of this policy will be required to immediately remove the pet from the premises.

– Additional cleaning fees, damage charges, and/or penalties may apply to restore the room or facilities to their original condition.

– Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund, at the sole discretion of management.

  1. Liability

– Eminence on Bank accepts no responsibility or liability for any issues, damages, or incidents arising from unauthorized pets brought onto the premises.

– Guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Eminence on Bank, its management, and staff against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such breaches.

  1. Acknowledgement

– By confirming a booking and/or staying at Eminence on Bank, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by this Pet Policy in full.

– Management reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests.
