– Amendments or cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to 2.00pm on the scheduled arrival date without incurring a fee.
– Cancellations, amendments, or non-arrivals made after 2.00pm, two (2) days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s accommodation, charged to the nominated credit card on file.
– Bookings that require full prepayment, including (but not limited to) Seasonal Sales, Advance Purchase Rates, Special Offers, or Promotional Packages, are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
– No cancellations, amendments, or credits will be permitted once payment has been processed.
– A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking.
– The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
– Cancellations or reductions in room numbers made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the full contracted amount.
– Guests who depart earlier than their confirmed check-out date will be charged for the full duration of the original booking.
– In the event of a no-show, the entire booking will be charged in full.
– Where refunds are applicable under this policy, they will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Eminence on Bank accepts no responsibility for delays caused by financial institutions.
– In circumstances where a booking is cancelled due to events beyond the reasonable control of Eminence on Bank (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God), management reserves the right to:
– Offer a credit voucher valid for up to 12 months, OR
– At management’s discretion, apply a partial refund subject to administrative charges.
– For reservations made via third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), the cancellation and refund terms of the respective platform will apply.
– Eminence on Bank is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party terms and conditions.
– In cases of proven medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, management may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit voucher or partial refund. Supporting documentation may be requested.
