Welcome to Eminence on Bank. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established the following terms and conditions. By making a reservation or staying at Eminence on Bank, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In:
– Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the day of arrival.
– Early check-in may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
– If you anticipate arriving outside of these hours, please contact Reception in advance. 24/7 after-hours support check-in is available.
- Check-Out:
– Check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
– Late check-out may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges. Elite Members can request for late check-out.
– Luggage storage is not available on premises.
- Car Parking
The Hotel has no parking of its own, and loading zones out the front are very limited.
We do have a parking arrangement with Wilson Parking on Hindley Street, located near the police station and across the road from Adelaide Paringa.
This costs $22.00 per day.
Tickets come in 3 varieties

- 24 hours – $25.00
- 48 hours – $50.00
- 72 hours – $75.00
Using a ticket
-
- Tickets must be validated within 24 hours and are valid from the time you park your car.
- You can go in and out as much as you like during the valid period of the ticket.
- You can insert the ticket you receive from the car park when entering, into the pay machine on ground level when you leave, or any time after you park (after 30 minutes or so)
- When you place the original ticket in the machine, it will read out an amount to pay, you can then insert the Hotel provided ticket to pay for it.
- The machine will keep the original ticket, and give you back the Hotel issued one.
Alternatively, you can use the Hotel issued ticket when you drive into the car park for the first time and every time after.
- Visitors
- Visitor Policy:
– Visitors are permitted at the discretion of management and must be registered at Reception.
– All visitors must depart quietly by 10:00 PM.
– Registered guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors while on the property.
- Damage and Loss
- Guest Responsibility:
– Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the motel property or its chattels during their stay.
– Costs for repairs or replacements, including any insurance excess, may be charged to the registered guest’s account or credit card.
- Missing Items:
– We reserve the right to charge for any items missing from the unit following check-out.
- Smoking Policy
- Smoke-Free Complex:
– Eminence on Bank is a smoke-free complex.
– Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the motel. There is a designated area on the property to smoke.
- Cleaning Costs:
– If smoking occurs inside a unit, a specialist cleaning company will be engaged, and associated costs, including any loss of income due to the unit being uninhabitable, will be charged to the registered guest.
- Unreasonable Mess:
– Rooms left in an excessively dirty state or with strong unpleasant odours requiring special cleaning and deodorisation will incur additional charges. Any resulting loss of income will also be charged to the registered guest.
- Pets
– No pets are allowed at Eminence on Bank.
- Tariffs
- Rates:
– Tariffs are subject to seasonal adjustments and minimum booking periods.
– Additional charges may apply for departures on public holidays.
The Eminence on Bank Motel accepts Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express. A 2% surcharge applies to American Express and a 1.5% surcharge applies to all other credit card transactions. Flexible Rate reservations require a credit card to secure the reservation only and will not be charged until time of arrival. Pre-paid, non-refundable rates (this includes the South Australia Special) require a credit card for full pre-payment at time of reservation. The reception will be required to process payment.
- Accounts
- Payment:
– All accounts must be settled upon arrival.
- Late Payments:
– Eminence on Bank reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month plus GST (if applicable) on any outstanding accounts.
– Costs incurred in recovering outstanding payments will be passed on to the guest.
- General Terms
- Compliance:
– Guests must comply with all motel rules and regulations as posted or provided during their stay.
- Privacy Policy:
– Guests are advised to review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
- Amendments:
– Eminence on Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
- Please be advised that due to our central location near Adelaide’s popular nightlife venues, you may experience some external noise during evening hours. If you are affected and would prefer a quieter room, please contact reception. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
